CAV | I feel like I'm dead
It's disappointing because I feel we did everything right for this journey...
STAGE 21 | Hesjedal becomes first ever Canadian Grand Tour Winner
Ryder Hesjedal wins 95th Giro D'Italia.....by 16 seconds.
STAGE 21 | Il Grande Finale
The Giro is Ryder Hesjedal's to lose today. Purito will have a real fight just to stay on the podium.
STAGE 20 | De Gendt wins in style. Rodriguez extends lead.
His solo effort spread panic amongst the GC contenders - at one stage he was just 30" away from the Maglia Rosa...Photos by RCS Sport
STAGE 20 | Il Stelvio beckons
Yesterday, the favourites failed to break Ryder Hesjedal - in fact he broke them.
STAGE 19 | Lone Ryder
Somebody will crack. We just don't know who.
And then , as they hit the final climb, and we are a little closer to knowing who will win this Giro.........
STAGE 18 | Cavendish beaten in sprint by Guardini - but 29 points clear in points classification.
Rodriguez keeps Pink Jersey.
STAGE 18 | One for the sprinters
there is just one point separating Cav from Rodriguez in the red jersey points classification, so he absolutely will want the win. Anything less is a disaster.
STAGE 17 | Rodriguez wins sprint finish. Astana out the running.
Purito Rodriguez's eyes flitting from one rival to another as he sought out signs of weakness.
STAGE 17 | The Longest Day
who knows, today could be the day when the GC table is turned on it's head.
STAGE 16 | Jon Izagguire triumphs for Euskaltel. Rodriguez retains Pink.
Perhaps the quote of the day came from Lars Bak who said "Respect to the guy who won, I don't know who the hell he is, but he deserved it".
THE CALM BEFORE THE STORM | What the riders are saying...
The top GC riders always say races are won and lost in the mountains. And with just three high mountain stages left in the Giro, Basso, Scarponi, Rodriguez and Hesjedal and the leading contenders will all be looking to mount their challenge from tomorrow.

STAGE 16 | Non Contenders will go for Glory.
This is a day for Farnese (not Rabottini again, surely?) or NetApp, or, in fact RadioShack-Nissan-Trek who have had a terrible year made worse by Frank Schleck's departure from the giro.
STAGE 15 | Rabottini holds on in mountain thriller
Rabottini must have had somebody very important looking down on him, as, in what was no doubt an act of divine intervention, or simply unworldly determination, he sucked up to Rodriguez's wheel, face twisted in pain..
STAGE 15 | Busto Arsizio-Lecco/Pian dei Resinelli
Time for the Italians to come out and play?
STAGE 14 | Amador takes stage. Hesjedal wins back Maglia Rosa.
In a day best not remembered for it's weather, Andrey Amador (Movistar) broke with an early group at 70km, dropped some of his rivals, and went on to win a 3 man sprint finish.
STAGE 14 | Preview : Now it begins.
"And it get's higher, every day....River deep mountain high, yeah". Tina Turner isn't in this year's Giro, but if she was, we're guessing this would be a stage for her.
STAGE 13 | Cav takes win #3. Retains red jersey.
Mark Cavendish wins a tightly packed sprint finish.
STAGE 12 | Gallery
The Giro is one of the most beautiful races in the world. Grab yourself a cup of coffee, sit back and just enjoy........

STAGE 12 | An Outsiders Chance
The race is now steadily moving north, where the big mountain beckon. Today is a 'medium mountain' stage from Seravezza to Sestri Levante on the north west coast. There are 4 categorised climbs.
STAGE 11 | Ferrari wins. Cavendish takes red jersey.
Roberto Ferrari (Androni Giocattoli-Venezuela) won Stage 11 today in Montecatini Terme, ahead of Francesco Chicchi (OPQS). Thomas Vaitku (Orica-Greenedge) finished third.
STAGE 11 | Preview & Predictions
Sprint finish or breakaway win? We're not sure, but in Stage 8 last year, very similar to today, the sprinters were denied in what was thought a perfect stage for them.
